a decent LaTeX distribution with the seminar and pstricks packages (teTeX 0.9 and above is fine) ;
a recent version of hyperref (>=6.69) ;
a recent version of dvips (v. 5.85 and above is fine) ;
GhostScript (a recent version >= 6.0) if you intend to produce slides for use with a video projector.
